14th Annual Challenge Campaign....Nearing the Conclusion!!
Once a year we go not only to the families of Members of PLAN but also our friends,
foundations and businesses and ask for your financial assistance to help PLAN better serve our members and our community. You can help us reach our 14th Annual Challenge Goal of $70,000 by sending
us a tax deductible contribution. Can we count on you???
Do you know that for those friends, businesses, foundations, PLAN Members and families
of PLAN members that contributed last year, 100% of their donation went to assisting our Members on their road of recovery? Do you know that we added staff to provide more services and support for our Members? Do you know that we created a new, expanded Holistic Recovery Program to bring new
and exciting activities to our Members? Do you know that our contributors helped
PLAN reach and surpass our goal for the 13th year in a row?
Your contribution this year can help us do even more!!
We have some exciting plans for 2008…
·
Increase our family centered social
work services
·
Develop new innovative treatments
·
Continue the success of our Holistic Recovery Program
·
Help more Members find paying jobs and volunteering
jobs
·
Increase awareness of PLAN and help those in need—after
you view the enclosed PLAN DVD, please pass it along to a family who may be in need of our services
But we need your help to do this! PLAN’s 14th
Annual Challenge Campaign is our only general fund raising effort; it contributes 38% of our total donated funds! This year’s Challenge is funded by 10 PLAN families offering matching funds totaling $70,000, hence
the name “Families Meeting the Challenge”. Will you consider
helping the PLAN Family meet our goal??
It is vital that we meet our challenge…Tasha, John,
Ben and the other 125 members depend on PLAN each day to help them meet their personal challenges…we need your generous
support to help us meet our 2007 “Families Meeting the Challenge” Challenge campaign goal of $70,000.

PLAN Introduces New Endowment Strategy
PLAN of Northeast Ohio has launched an endowment program to fund PLAN for the long term. A new brochure discussing
the opportunities for investing in the endowment is now available. It focuses on one women's story, how mental illness
has impacted her and her family and how PLAN has helped her on her road of recovery. It is a very compelling story which
gives insight into just how PLAN provides recovery for those struggling with mental illness.
